What we’ve found, is that it is often better to roll out this benefit separately. However, it is possible to get things kicked-off at any time. Throughout the year, each and every month we see employers begin offering the benefit. Because of the excitement it generates amongst employees, and the simplicity of implementation, if budget is available our clients look to offer the benefit as soon as possible.
